Very exclusive wines. Very few bottles produced. The best plots are processed separately in small containers. These are great aging wines.

Relevant points of their production:

  • Medium to very low vineyard yields: 5,000 to 7,000 kg/ha.
  • The harvest time is determined by tasting, when the seeds and skins have reached their optimal ripeness.
  • 100% hand-harvested.
  • Hand-selection of the grapes.
  • Hand-maceration.
  • Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days.
  • Intense maceration throughout the whole alcoholic fermentation.
  • Post-fermentation maceration.
  • 100% of the wine is stored in first and second use French oak barrels from 10 to 14 months.
